About Us
Kindness Evolves provides caregiver services to individuals in communities throughout Arizona that are receiving services from Arizona Department of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) including: Habilitation, Attendant Care, and Respite. Our leadership team is comprised of industry experts from different fields who work together to make Kindness Evolves what it is. Our team is dedicated to the Kindness Evolves Family and creating incredible experiences for our members driven by our own experiences as caregivers, members and providers.

Are you looking for a rewarding job? People with disabilities throughout Arizona are
seeking reliable, honest, KIND people to work as their care providers. Work to support children and adults with developmental disabilities.
Caregivers provide support and services that enable individuals with disabilities to
remain at home. Some Task include:
– Fun activities! playing games, going to the movies, shopping & other community activities
– Personal care bathing, dressing and grooming
– Work on goals set my case coordinators and parents
– Homemaking such as light cleaning, cooking and shopping
– Running errands and setting up transportation
Full training is provided – Certification in Direct Care Worker, Article 9 & CPR/First Aid
Must have valid AZ driver’s license with clean driving record. Must meet DES requirements
to obtain and maintain fingerprint clearance card. Must pass criminal/background screening.
